ADORED GIFTS AND HOMEWARES RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your recent purchase from Adored Gifts and Homewares. 

Should you experience any problems or concerns, please refer to the information below containing our Returns Policy.

RETURNS FOR MAJOR FAILURE OR UNACCEPTABLE QUALITY

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. 

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure or if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. 

If your goods have a major failure or are found to be not of acceptable quality then you may be entitled to a refund or a replacement (as the case may be) provided that you notify Adored Gifts and Homewares of the faulty or damaged product within 7 days of you receiving it. 

HOW TO ARRANGE FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE

You must contact Adored Gifts and Homewares by email at adoredgiftsandhomewares@gmail.com for assistance for your request to proceed.  In order to process this request please provide your invoice/proof of purchase and written description of the alleged defect (with photos if possible).  We will endeavour to promptly respond to any such request. At our sole and absolute discretion, we may provide you with a replacement or refund as we consider appropriate. Any costs or expenses incurred in returning the goods to us in order to process a refund or exchange shall be borne by the customer.

Please note that refunds will not be provided where you have simply changed your mind, made an error in your own selection or subsequently found the same or similar goods elsewhere for a lower price.
